The Get-The-Spec™ Hosted E-Catalogue enables you to provide rich content without the headache of supporting applications internally, specifically for your company and your customers. Giving your customers the ability to call up detailed product specifications and images directly from links embedded into your e-commerce application.

How does it work?

We provide you with a special file that can easily be imported by any application.  This includes the links that pull the product data from our servers in response to a mouse click by a user of your web store.  The product data appears as if it has come from your store.

• The hosted service features a `Management Console` which is a user-friendly secure interface that will run through any Internet browser over an internet connection providing you with the following facilities.
• Branding - you can include your company's logo/s in the data sheets, and change the basic colour scheme to match your own e-commerce application. Where you are supporting corporate procurement systems based on e-portal technology, avoid being made faceless! You can provide users with a 'jump-out' facility to provide detailed technical information, displayed with your brand prominent, protecting your company's identity and image.
• Customer Specific Product / Service Configurations (Bundles) - Use the easy web interface to create or edit custom product data online. Simply copy the core product that the bundle is based on, then edit the description, marketing text, features, attributes, and save under your unique customer part number.
  Secure - mischievous users cannot hack the rest of your catalogue and view other customers information, due to encrypted links. The only people who can access your information are those authorised by you.
• Links from your e-commerce application - we provide a list of part numbers and updates on a regular basis. By incorporating these hypertext links into your e-commerce application, your users can call the detailed product information they need to make their purchasing decisions- in your corporate colour scheme and with your logo displayed on each page.
